Emilio Flooring Solutions, LLC offers different packages for your flooring project. Each package we offer is packed with different types of great benefits and warranties. Emilio Flooring Solutions offers 3 packages: Quick and Easy (Good Package), Emilio Essentials, (Better Package), and Emilio Premium (Best Package).


Quick and Easy (Good Package)


The Quick and Easy (Good Package) covers a 5-Month Labor Warranty on installation services and a 10-Month Warranty on flooring materials. This package also allows you to finance your flooring project with us. With this package, you will have 2 days to fully pay your total invoice after the flooring project is entirely complete. Fees may apply if payment(s) isn’t received after the due date.


Emilio Essentials (Better Package)


The Emilio Essentials (Better Package) covers a 1-Year Labor Warranty on installation services and on flooring materials. This package also allows you to finance your flooring project with us. With this package, you will have 5 days to fully pay your total invoice after the flooring project is entirely complete. Fees may apply if full payment(s) isn’t received after the due date.

THIS IS A LABOR WARRANTY PROVIDED BY EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS COMPANY FROM WHICH YOU PURCHASED YOUR SERVICES, TO YOU, THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER (“OWNER”).  

PLEASE CONSULT YOUR PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES FOR COVERAGE OF GOODS YOU PURCHASED IN CONNECTION WITH EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS SERVICES. WARRANTIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO SIGNING OF THE SALE AGREEMENT OR PURCHASE ORDER 

 Emilio Flooring Package Warranties

Good Package/Quick And Easy Service – 5-Month Limited Workmanship Warranty and 10-month Material Warranty, itself or through an authorized contractor, will perform all flooring installation work in a professional manner using quality materials and supplies, and in conformance with applicable building code standards. EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS warrants to the Owner that flooring installation work performed by EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS, or an Emilio Flooring-authorized contractor will be free of defects due to workmanship for one (5) months from the date of purchase of services, and one (10) months from the date of purchase of services, subject to the other terms and conditions contained in this document. Please take steps to properly ventilate areas where new flooring products are installed for at least 48 hours after installation to avoid possible sensitivities to new material fumes or odors. 

Better Package/Emilio Essentials – 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty and Material Warranty, itself or through an authorized contractor, will perform all flooring installation work in a professional manner using quality materials and supplies, and in conformance with applicable building code standards. EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS warrants to the Owner that flooring installation work performed by EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS, or an Emilio Flooring-authorized contractor will be free of defects due to workmanship for one (1) years from the date of purchase, subject to the other terms and conditions contained in this document. Please take steps to properly ventilate areas where new flooring products are installed for at least 48 hours after installation to avoid possible sensitivities to new material fumes or odors. 

Best Package/Emilio Premium– 3-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty and Material Warranty, itself or through an authorized contractor, will perform all flooring installation work in a professional manner using quality materials and supplies, and in conformance with applicable building code standards. EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS warrants to the Owner that flooring installation work performed by EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS, or an Emilio Flooring-authorized contractor will be free of defects due to workmanship for one (3) years from the date of purchase, subject to the other terms and conditions contained in this document. Please take steps to properly ventilate areas where new flooring products are installed for at least 48 hours after installation to avoid possible sensitivities to new material fumes or odors. 

How To Obtain Warranty Service 

To submit a claim contact Emilio Flooring at 903-806-6623 to request warranty servicing. Claims must be submitted to Emilio Flooring promptly after the discovery of the claimed defect and within the applicable warranty period. Emilio Flooring will then schedule an appointment to inspect the premises and the warranty claim within a reasonable period of time after receiving the claim. If after inspection, Emilio Flooring determines that a valid claim exists under one or more of the warranties, Emilio Flooring will repair, re-install, re-perform, or refund the purchase price of the failing Emilio Flooring service, at Emilio Flooring option. If Emilio Flooring determines to replace any or all product(s), and if such product(s) as originally installed is no longer available, Emilio Flooring shall have the right to substitute product(s) designated by Emilio Flooring to be of equal quality. Replacement of a product or component does not renew the warranty period or otherwise affect any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Minor color variations may exist between the replacement product and the originally installed product and are not indicative of a defective product. If, at Emilio Flooring option, a purchase price refund is conveyed to the Owner, then all warranties are terminated, and repair, replacement, or removal of products installed, repaired, or otherwise resulting from Emilio Flooring services shall become the sole responsibility of the Owner. No warranties are valid unless and until the Owner has made full payment under the original Emilio Flooring sales agreement and all addenda there to. Non-warranty calls for repair or adjustment may result in a service charge. 

What Is Not Covered 

These warranties are granted by Emilio Flooring to the Owner only and only services purchased from and performed by Emilio Flooring are covered by these warranties. These warranties are not transferable, and will terminate immediately upon the transfer of home ownership. All warranties assume normal and reasonable use of Emilio Flooring -installed products or components. Minor color or textural variations from the lot-to-lot of product are not a product or installation defects. These warranties do not cover any other damage, workmanship, or material failure including, but not limited to, damage caused by occurrences beyond the control of Emilio Flooring, such as the settlement of the building, failure of the structure (including foundations and walls), use of incompatible accessories, removal, repair, or re-installation of any Emilio Flooring -installed products or components by other than Emilio Flooring, normal weathering, corrosive effects of salt air and chemical pollutants, normal fading, deterioration or caulking compounds, fire, flood, lightning, high winds, windblown objects, earthquakes, hurricanes, ice dams, icicles and/or ice storms, atmospheric conditions or weather of catastrophic nature as defined by the US Weather Bureau, other acts of God, intentional acts, unreasonable use, vandalism or pollution. These warranties also will not apply to damages resulting from the failure to provide reasonable maintenance, including failure to clean the product, maintain sealing, painting, and/or caulking as reasonably necessary, or clear off gutters or roofs as and when necessary. These warranties do not apply to damages due to or arising from the identification, detection, abatement, encapsulation, or removal of mold, asbestos, lead-based products, or other hazardous substances inside or outside of the structure being improved. These warranties do not cover any carpet or flooring materials installed over floors or structures that lack structural integrity, have a visual imperfection, or do not otherwise meet manufacturer guidelines for installation. 

What Voids These Warranties 

Installation, removal, painting, repair, adjustment, tampering or re-installation of any Emilio Flooring products or components supplied by Emilio Flooring by anyone other than an Emilio Flooring -authorized contractor voids any and all warranties within this document, and Emilio Flooring expressly disclaims any liability for any costs, defects, or damages with respect to such actions. 

Remedies and Rights 

These workmanship warranties are the only expressed warranties for workmanship provided by Emilio Flooring. No employee, representative, agent, nor any other person, has the authority to assume or incur on behalf of Emilio Flooring any obligation, liability, or responsibility in place of or in addition to these warranties. 

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN EMILIO FLOORING MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EMILIO FLOORING LIABILITY TO THE OWNER UNDER THESE WARRANTIES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS RECEIVED BY EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS LLC FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THE SALES AGREEMENT OR PURCHASE ORDER WITH THE OWNER. SOME STATES, NOT INCLUDING TEXAS, DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND THEREFORE SOME OR ALL OF THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING SENTENCES MAY NOT APPLY. THESE WARRANTIES PROVIDE SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Refund Policy

Return Policy 

90-Day Return Policy 

Emilio Flooring Solutions® understands the importance of choosing the right product for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your store or online purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Emilio Flooring Solutions® within 90 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt, and we will refund your purchase. We reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges. 

For returns after 90 days or without a receipt, we may provide a refund at our discretion and at the last Emilio Flooring price for the item. A valid photo ID is required. Information from the ID will be recorded at the time of the return. Emilio Flooring Solutions uses a third-party refund verification system. All returns are subject to verification system approval. 

If approved, for all returns: 

  • All returned merchandise must be undamaged and in a resalable condition. 
  • Returns within 90 days of purchase will be processed by the same method of payment as your original purchase. 
  • Returns over 90 days from purchase or without an original sales receipt will be processed to the merchandise credit. 
  • Returns over $500.00 where the original payment was cash or check will be processed as a mail refund check. 

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Emilio Flooring is not responsible for product defects or damage, property damage, or lost labor costs due to faulty installation from outsourced installation companies by clients other than Emilio Flooring Installation crews. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of the product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. 

Special Orders 

Special orders canceled prior to shipping can be canceled without penalty and refunded in full, including the cost of shipping. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and returns shipping costs once the order has shipped. Customers may cancel special orders in-store or by calling Customer Care. Special order product that is not custom-made can be returned to an Emilio Flooring Solutions warehouse facility. Call Customer Care at 903-806-6623 for assistance. 

Damaged Shipments 

DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT. If a shipment is refused, Emilio Flooring will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. Call Customer Care at 903-806-6623 for assistance. 

Lost in Transit 

If a shipment is lost in transit, call Customer Care at 903-806-6623 for assistance. 

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at emilioflooringsolutions@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Installed Merchandise Policy 

Emilio Flooring Solutions Installed Merchandise Policy 

MAKE SURE TO INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE AT THE TIME OF PICK UP. It is your responsibility to inspect and verify the type of merchandise purchased, quantity, dimensions, model number, color, and dye lots for porcelain and ceramic products, and to verify all labels on the wood products to ensure accuracy prior to leaving the store. Some product descriptions may include nominal size instead of actual size. Emilio Flooring is not responsible for any loss or claim due to faulty installation from outsourced installation companies by the client other than Emilio Flooring Installation crews. It is the responsibility of the customer to validate the credentials, references, insurance, and certification of installers before any work begins. Claims for product damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of the product. Thoroughly inspect and measure all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance. Installed flooring cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Furniture Moving 

Policy 

 

  • Any personal items that can be moved in advance will help ensure smooth and efficient flooring installations. The installation crew will be expecting to move the primary furniture items in each room, but not the items on or around the furniture. 
  • Valuable such as knick-knacks and China cabinets should be moved from hutches and books Removed from bookcases. 
  • Certain furniture, I.e., “some assembly required”, does not take well to moving and/or assembly often, the joints become looser with each subsequent manipulation, compromising structural stability. 
  • All beds need to be stripped of linens. Please advise your salesperson in advance if beds need special attention, I.e., a sleep bed, bunk, bed, etc. 
  • Disconnecting and reconnecting electronics such as TVs or computers is the responsibility of the homeowner. 
  • Extra-large or unusual items such as pianos, pool tables, aquariums, and delicate or irreplaceable items must be moved prior to the installers’ arrival. 
  • Paintings, clocks, window treatments or fixtures, and other wall-hanging items should be removed or secured prior to installation. 
  • Don’t forget to clear the floors in closets that will be getting new flooring. 
  • While care is taken in moving items, small nicks, dents, and scratches may occur. Emilio Flooring Solutions cannot take responsibility for repairs when reasonable care has been used. 
  • If additional furniture moving (unrelated to the installation) is requested, the installation crew has the right to decline assistance or except for an additional fee. 



We won't be responsible for any valuable personal items that go missing. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to hide and protect the valuable belongings that you think may go missing. It is highly suggested to transfer your items to a secure place. 

Cancellation Policy

  • GENERAL
  • EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS, LLC is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No-shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS, LLC has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.


  • FULL PAYMENT
  • Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online or in person. We do not reserve scheduled jobs without payment.

     

    An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as a confirmation of your registration. 

     

  • CANCELLATION REQUEST
  • Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online, or in person. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us at (903) 806-6623.

     

  • CANCELLATION POLICY
  • There will be a $150 Cancellation Fee if the customer decides to cancel the scheduled job with EMILIO FLOORING SOLUTIONS, LLC. This Cancellation Policy will only take effect if the customer agrees to pay a half deposit, or greater, of the total invoice of the scheduled job.

  • REFUND POLICY
    • Refund requests made after payment of half-deposit, or greater, of the total invoice prior to the scheduled job and/or flooring material order will be subject to an administration fee of $50 of the scheduled job.
    • Refund requests made after payment of half-deposit, or greater, of the total invoice prior to the scheduled job are subject to a $50 administration fee. 
    • No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the scheduled job.





























    Military Discount Program Terms


    1. Overview.

    Emilio Flooring offers a 10% Military Discount on most full-priced purchases to extend our gratitude to those who have served or are currently serving our country in the US armed forces. " US Armed Forces " is defined as the US Army, US Marine Corps, US Navy, US Air Force, US Coast Guard, US Space Force, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration ( NOAA ), United States Public Health Service ( USPHS ), and National Guard. Individuals dishonorably discharged or discharged for bad conduct are not eligible to receive a Military Discount.

    The discount also extends to their respective spouses, and all spouses are encouraged to independently enroll in the Military Discount Program by following the steps listed in Sections 3 and 4 below. The spouse's last name must match the service member's last name, unless the spouse has independently enrolled in the Military Discount Program by following the steps listed in Sections 3 and 4 below.


    1. What Does the Military Discount Apply To?

    The 10 % Military Discount can be used every day on most full-priced product purchases. Exclusions to the Military Discount Program include the following:

    ( i ) It cannot be used on any sale item or with any other discount ( such as but not limited to Emilio Flooring Price Promise, Emilio Flooring Credit 5 % Off Everyday discount, volume or special pricing programs, and manager - discretion price adjustments );.

    ( ii ) It cannot be applied to major appliances ( including related accessories and parts ), commodities ( such as but not limited to an electrical cable, electrical wire, dimensional lumber, plywood, and OSB ) , gift cards , previous purchases, fees, installations ( sold separately or as part of a bundle comprising both product and services ) or any other services ( such as but not limited to rentals, labor, delivery, shipping, and extended protection plans ); and.

    ( iii ) Offer is not redeemable for cash and is for personal use only.

    1. Who Is Eligible to Receive the Military Discount?

    To receive the everyday 10 % Military Discount, you must:

    ( i ) Be currently serving in or be a US Armed Forces veteran ( " Eligible Service Member ( s ) " ) . " Veteran " is defined as any individual who retired from the US Armed Forces or who was discharged ( e.g. , honorable, under honorable condition, general ) but does not include any individual who was dishonorably discharged or discharged for bad conduct; and.

    ( ii ) Be enrolled in the Military Discount Program;

    Or.

    ( 1 ) Be a current spouse of an Eligible Service Member; and.

    ( ii ) Be enrolled in the Military Discount Program ( " Eligible Spouse ( s ) " ).

    The offer is non-transferable.

    1. Right to Cancel and/or Alter Military Discount Program Terms.

    The Military Discount Program is offered at the sole and absolute discretion of Emilio Flooring and may be revoked and/or revised at Emilio Flooring’s sole discretion in its entirety or in part at any time by Emilio Flooring, including but not limited to : ( i ) updating, changing, canceling, suspending, terminating, adding, ending, deleting or modifying the Military Discount Program and any of these Military Discount Program Terms, in any and/or all channels or store locations ; ( ii ) requiring periodic reverification of eligibility; or ( iii ) otherwise altering or canceling any other Military Discount Program terms. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to https : // www.emilioflooring.com/l/terms-and-conditions-of-use.html, and you waive any right you have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications . We reserve the right to revoke enrollment status based on alleged, suspected, or actual evidence of misuse or fraud in our sole discretion. Misuse and/or fraud includes but is not limited to using the Military Discount in any manner that is not consistent with the terms and conditions of the Military Discount Program or in a manner that is contrary to Emilio Flooring’s intention of the Military Discount Program, including but not limited to misrepresentation by you in connection with any part of the Military Discount Program ( e.g., allowing your discount to be used by anyone who is not your current spouse, etc. ) .
